Item 8.01 Other Events.
On March 15, 2022, America First Multifamily Investors, L.P. (the “Partnership”) announced that the Board of Managers of Greystone AF Manager LLC, which is the general partner of the Partnership’s general partner, America First Capital Associates Limited Partnership Two, declared a quarterly cash distribution to the Partnership’s Beneficial Unit Certificate (“BUC”) holders of $0.11 per BUC. The distribution will be paid on April 29, 2022 to all BUC holders of record as of the close of trading on March 31, 2022. The BUCs will trade ex-distribution as of March 30, 2022.
On March 15, 2022, the Partnership issued a press release announcing the declaration of the quarterly distribution. A copy of the Partnership’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference into this report.
